Exchange Policy

Within the initial 24 hours of receipt of the item purchased, customers may request exchanges for unused products acquired from our online store.

Requirements: Valid original receipt and original tags must be intact. Items must be in resalable condition.

Exchange Options:

  • Same item with same or different color depending on availability
  • Any item of equal or greater value
Exchanges for items of lesser value are not permitted. Sale items are not eligible for exchange.

Exchange Process:

Please arrange for a courier to deliver the item to the Luxe Series Office.

Shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we have received and inspected the item, we will email you a confirmation of arrival.

Upon approval, the replacement will be processed and delivered within a few business days.

Refund Policy

Full refunds application and submission are accepted within 24 hours of delivery, and only under the following conditions:

Eligible Conditions:
a) The item received is substantially different from its description and has undisclosed major defects
b) The item is proven to be inauthentic, with valid proof provided by the customer

Refund Process:

Please arrange a courier delivery to the Luxe Series office. Note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender.

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will send an email confirming its arrival.

If approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within a few business days.

If your refund is delayed, please re-check your bank account, then contact your bank or credit card provider, as processing times can vary. If you still require assistance, please reach out to us at admin@luxeseries.ae.

Cancellation

Customers may cancel or modify their orders at any time before the order status is marked as "Processed" in our online tracking system.

For orders that have already been processed, we ask customers to receive the items first and then follow our standard return procedures.
